Caring for Yolo's Youth

Caring for Yolo's Youth is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving foster and at-risk youth in Yolo County.  We are currently focusing our efforts on helping youth who are transitioning out of the foster care system by connecting them with available services.  We someday home to provide additional services to help our valuable youth grow into successful, healthy, happy, and thriving adults who similarly give back to the community.
